Pathways Inclusion was founded by professionals with extensive experience in education, inclusion and supporting children with diverse learning needs.

After working closely with families, schools and support staff for many years, we saw first-hand how overwhelming it can be for parents to find the right one-to-one support for their child. Families often face long searches, uncertainty around quality and safeguarding, and the pressure of making important decisions without clear guidance.

Pathways Inclusion was created to make that process simpler.

Our aim is to connect families with carefully selected Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) who not only have the right skills and experience, but who are genuinely well matched to the individual child, their family and their school environment.

We believe that the right support can transform a child’s confidence, independence and experience of learning. That’s why we focus on quality over quantity, taking the time to understand each family’s needs and providing ongoing support throughout the placement.

With a background spanning over 17 years in education, including experience in special educational needs, inclusion and leadership, our approach is built on professionalism, empathy and a deep understanding of what meaningful support looks like in practice.
