With years of experience working in education, leadership and alongside Children of Determination, we have witnessed first-hand the challenges many families face when navigating support for their child.

For some families, the journey begins with difficult conversations, being turned away from a school of choice, facing significant financial commitments, or feeling overwhelmed by the pressure to quickly find the “right” support. Behind every decision is a parent simply wanting the best possible outcome for their child.

Pathways Inclusion was created from a desire to make this process feel less overwhelming, more personal, and far more supported.

Our aim is to help families navigate these important decisions with greater confidence and peace of mind. We believe families should not have to manage endless searching, uncertainty, paperwork and complex processes alone.

Through careful sourcing, vetting and matching of suitable support professionals, we aim to remove the stress from finding high-quality support tailored to each child’s individual needs.

But for us, support does not end with placement.

Through ongoing communication, regular school check-ins, continuous guidance and professional development for our LSAs, our aim is to build trusted partnerships that support not only the child, but the family and school community around them.
